Our clients had spent several months searching for their ideal walk in home however it was not out there to find.

They decided to embark on finding a home in an idyllic location that could be transformed in to a beautiful family home that suited their requirements.

BMR was appointed to undertake the works which initially required the controlled deconstruction of all internal walls with exception of 2. Taking the unit back to bare bones structure. Further we had to appoint a Structural Engineer to design a support frame to hold the rear of the building in place allowing an 8m opening to be formed for new bifold doors.

The remodelling of the layout on the first floor allowed for generous bedrooms with a beautiful master ensuite and walk in wardrobe.

New Oak and Glass stairs installed. Air Source Heating providing hot water and underfloor heating. New Kitchen, dining area, office, lounge with a resin floor to offer a seamless finish from room to room.

Glazed partition separates the entrance hall and kitchen.  The double garage was split in two providing a home gym. We were delighted with the outcome of this project and pleased our clients have the truly wonderful home they desired.
