Meadow View

Our clients for Meadow View wanted to add value to their land and achieved this via the erection of a dwelling turning it into a small holding.

BMR undertook the task of building this stand-alone ‘upside down’ new build home in a modern barn style to help it sit perfectly in its land with the neighbouring farm buildings. The steel frame added huge strength to the structure which is slightly raised off the ground level as it sits in a valley. Being a standalone new build in farmland this build required multiple connections to services such as new three phase power and utility connections, all managed effortlessly through us.

The large glazed sections, beautiful cladding and skylights all added to the wow factor in this build, with the massive lounge areas upstairs as well as a master with ensuite, the space is there to be enjoyed. The project was finished internally to the client’s expectation with stunning windows and views over their land which they increased the value of exponentially. Another Happy BMR customer.
