“Mr and Mrs W were looking for a way to improve their space for hosting their extended family and friends that visit often. This 10-month project in Speen involved various steel structural work, careful deconstruction of their existing conservatory, a kitchen to relocate, bedrooms to add and better set out the family home.

BMR undertook this two-story extension to add two master double ensuite bedrooms to the home as well as expanding their space downstairs to create the kitchen diner of their dreams. This beautiful space combines a large kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area as well as a comfortable seating area with multiple doors out onto their expansive new terrace. New retaining walls and beautifully finished barriers offer a massive space that’s in the sun all day, perfect for their family events on those hot summer days to connect the kitchen and outdoors so that all the family are together. Refurbishment of existing bathroom and bedroom spaces also gave this family home a fresh update and new styling that they can be proud of.
