“This build of two homes in North Hampshire was an exciting project for the BMR team, working closely with the client to build two homes on their land at the front of the property.

While being sold off plan these homes were able to be designed internally to the customers specification of finished making sure for maximum satisfaction. These new build homes designed by Absolute Architecture are wonderfully energy efficient utilising underfloor heating, modern insulation and performance values from the windows create a lovely cosy home in a beautiful setting. The angled skeiling’s in the bedrooms add character to the space and still allow for very large bedrooms in the properties with great views.

The large open plan living downstairs allows for a massive Kitchen, dining and living area. The downstairs also boasts a spacious utility and pantry space, a superbly finished entrance hallway with masses of head height, downstairs office, games rooms and two bathrooms all with glorious underfloor heating to maximise wall space and consistent ambient temperatures.

Building the project in full to BMR’s standards allowed us to be completely satisfied with the product we are providing and are very proud of this project, looking forward to our next new build home currently being built.”
